About the role
You'll own the front end of high-profile client builds — from marketing sites with cinematic motion to complex product UIs. We care deeply about performance, accessibility and craft, and you'll set the standard for all three.
What you'll do
- Build production interfaces in Next.js, React and TypeScript with a focus on Core Web Vitals.
- Translate ambitious design into accessible, animated, pixel-accurate UI.
- Architect reusable component systems and design tokens across projects.
- Partner with designers and backend engineers from concept through launch.
- Mentor mid-level engineers and raise the bar in code review.
A typical week
Half your time is deep, uninterrupted build work. The rest is collaboration: design reviews, scoping with project managers, and pairing on the hardest problems. We ship continuously and review everything.

Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind, Framer Motion, headless CMS, and a CI/CD pipeline that keeps us fast and safe.

- 5+ years building production front ends in React and Next.js.

- Strong eye for motion and detail — you make UI feel premium.
